Deliveries
- Please be aware that our website is NOT stock controlled. We aim to hold stocks of all lines shown on our website. However, at times, due to supply problems or high demand on certain products, delivery may be extended. We will inform you accordingly and you will, of course, have the choice to be refunded if you cannot wait.
- We aim to dispatch in stock items within 24 hours.
- Parcels are shipped by courier (FedEx). Please be aware that all items will need to be signed for.
- You will receive a 'Dispatch Message' as soon as your item is shipped. Please inform us if you do not receive your order within 3 days of receiving this message. Fed Ex usually deliver within 48 hours.

As our shop is not stock controlled - payment is taken on order for in stock and backorder items. Please call us and order over the phone if this is a problem (or if you need a saddle in a hurry) so we can check stock levels first and place you on waiting list should the model you are after be out of stock.
